Fitness guru for 20 years, Greer Childers has now created Abdonda, a workout program that aims to shape up your abs in 14 days. The Abdonda program utilizes a workout approach called accelerated aerobic breathing technique. Together with diametric contractions, the workout yields results that are 5 times better than the customary exercises like crunches and sit-ups. It also focuses on losing excess weight in the waistline area. The workout lasts for only 7 minutes and promotes body fat loss by up to 75%. The program’s complete kit consists of the Diametric Basics together with Abdonda Basics videos along with Greer’s 7 Secrets to Being Thin and Shapely. Also included in the kit are tracking charts, the Abdonda Success Book and a bonus tape measure.

I’ve been doing this Abdonda technique (Shapely secrets positions + the BodyFlex breathing) for 3 weeks now and I have lost a full pant size already. It is much much tougher than it seems and I don’t really like the way she marketed the product (motionless exercice…it makes the product lose credibility). But…laugh all you want; it actually works! And I see definition in my arms already after 3 weeks. 7 minutes a day; I’ll keep this up for sure.
