I bought this and did the beginner workout once. It was easy so I did the Intermediate workout which was easy...until I realized I strained my back on it. This machine REALLY works the back. If you have back issues I don't recommend it. I have a knot from it on my left side and it's taken me a week for my back to stop killing me..all muscle tendon strain! I have had the abdoer twist for 3 weeks and have lost 2 inches on hips and abdomen. I feel good after every work out. I do the beginner and intermediate session once in the morning and once at night. My back ends up hurting with the roller they put on it and my hair gets caught in it too. Not the best machine. I would stick with the old fashioned tried but true abs on your back.
