Ab Circle Pro Reviews

Being determined I was on it for min 15 minutes at a time, cranked it up to max, with a minimal if any, result.
So what was I doing wrong?
In comes my armed forces friend, who tries it then laughs:
1. It has no resistance – none, so all that effort was a waste of time.
2. The position you have to get into is insane, no wonder my lower back was screaming after about 1 minute, but then I’d spent the $300 and didn’t want to complain, after all no pain no gain, right?
3. Too much pressure on the knees, yeah my knees killed – again no pain no gain..
Hopefully, she asks can you get your money back?
Well no, I’d persevered too long – the return by date had gone.
Sighing, should have taken the $300 an got gym membership for 3 months…
It now decorates another friends garage.
Nice colour though.

I found the AB Circle Pro really tones & trims. I incorporate a variety of exercise & good diet. Started out with 3 minutes every day & with-in a fortnight increased to 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. Like everything it does need your commitment to work. The AB Circle has no defects at this stage(4mths use).

I feel that this product may have worked if it was not such bad quality. Also the knee pads are shockers, I used it for quite a while and in conjuction with other exercise and good eating habits saw a bit of a difference however had to stop using it as the big disc broke and made horrible noise, perhaps the updated version is better however no $ to try this

I bought the machine about a year ago, and though I felt excited and more motivated than before with most workouts I have used. After about 15 days of working with it,and the informercial tells you that you will see results in as little as 10 days if you follow the guide directly. I did not get the results I expected and I did use the machine 2 times a day for more than 3 minutes as advertised…Then I thought about it and decided to get another opinion from family and friends, seriously I have lent the machine to my brother, mother-in-law, and a close friend and neither of them have had any results either. The Ab Cirlcle Pro does not work! And if you have had any success I trust that you have had to work out for way longer than 15 minutes or 3 times a week.

I purchased this product, believing every thing advertised, it does not work. I have actually slipped off the ab circle numerous times, my knees hurt after being on it. I have not lost an inch/or pound. All I’ve lost out in is money

This product is a waste of money and space! While the point of any exercise is to get a work out, I felt that this gizmo was way too hard to use, and didn’t target my abdominal as much as I thought it would. It’s cumbersome to get into because you have to crouch down and balance yourself into the knelt position, while the knee pads tend to swing…and once you’re “in” there’s a fair amount of upper body work that goes on just to get it swinging from side to side. I felt like I was in a rusty harness that forced me to kneel into a “downward dog” (yoga) pose, which need a little 10-40! Not only is it awkward to be in, it’s noisy, heavy, can’t slide under the bed (as advertised to do); it’s just all-around WEIRD! I bought two of these from the infomercial about 1 year ago, wasting about $200! My mom is still trying to make it work for her, so I haven’t returned one of them….don’t be as altruistic!
